Limited Family Sponsorship Options

In certain circumstances, Canadian citizens and permanent residents may sponsor other family members under the Family Class, such as:

• Orphaned siblings, nieces, nephews, or grandchildren

• A relative of any age when the sponsor has no other eligible family members in Canada or abroad
